And as I said in the OP, creating a new local account to set up her e-mail is out of the question, as it is a personal computer and I am not allowed to do so. I have tested her account on another computer with Outlook - it works fine. As a result, her Outlook cannot set up her email. Under Settings > Accounts > Access work or school, it appears as in the screenshot below.Ĭlicking Disconnect should remove the account from Windows, but on the affected computer, it just comes back after clicking Disconnect. Using my personal computer as an example, I have my work email set up in Outlook (using my personal Office 365 license). Our office uses Office 365 as an email provider. It is a Windows 10 Home, version 1909 (latest version is still not available to her computer and I'd rather not risk an update).
